Once the feasibility tests have confirmed the suitability of using melt crystallisation and the TNO Hydraulic Wash Column technology SoliQz can carry out pilot scale trials. Since June 2016 SoliQz has a dedicated pilot facility in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The pilot scale trials will also give you a good indication whether or not the technology can be scaled-up for industrial usage. These trials will take 4-6 weeks and require approx. 150-200 liters of your material. A charge will be made to cover the costs of the trials. Longer pilot trials can be carried out at your plant location, especially if you want to test the technology with product streams from your existing process.
